Yoga

Lay out your mat and relax into a class meant to nurture, heal, and support you in your yoga journey regardless of color, shape, size, and gender.  The more diverse the class, the better!

 

Saku will direct you into your meditation, and join that with an invigorating, yet soothing, sequence of asanas for an adventure of physical, mental, and spiritual self discovery.

After your body has been opened and relaxed by the asanas, you will be ready to take your peace of mind to the next level as you are guided into the pranayama portion of the class.  The various breathing exercises and guided meditation will truly feed your prana (life force) and spirit.
